At least one person was killed after a cloudburst struck in central Kashmir’s Budgam district this evening, official said. “The cloudburst has occurred in Chanz area near Doodhpatri tourist place in Budgam this evening. One person has been killed,” Deputy Commissioner of Budgam Altaf Ahmad Mir told PTI.
