J&K Pradesh Youth Congress State General Secretary and Executive Member J&K Pradesh Congress committee Sheikh Aamir Rasool today demanded blanket ban on consumption and sale of liquor in J&K State. “Six states including Kerala, Bihar, Nagaland, Manipur, Gujarat and Mizoram have already banned the liquor.
