Deputy Commissioner of Srinagar has served a notice to Chairman of Hurriyat Conference (G) Syed Ali Shah Geelani to refrain from taking out any rally during the Prime Minister’s visit as he proposes to do. Geelani has been asked to approach district authorities for permission in case he planned to take out any rally.
