Activists of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) today took out a procession in the city to mark its 90th foundation day. They also carried out an annual Vijaya Dashami route march. Two processions were culminated at Maharaja Hari Singh Park on the banks of the Tawi. Six civilians were injured on Monday due to indiscriminate shelling by Pakistani Rangers on the international border in Samba and Kathua districts of Jammu region, police said. “Pakistan Rangers used 81 mm and 82 mm mortars to target over two dozen villages and nearly 30 border outposts of the Border Security Force​ (BSF) during the night,” a senior police officer said in Jammu. “The shelling and firing continued well past midnight.
