The deadline was fixed by Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Anshul Garg during a high-level meeting of the Multidisciplinary Committee and Regional Transport Authority (RTA) on September 19, where officials reviewed a series of measures aimed at easing traffic congestion and improving urban mobility in the city.
