No option but to attack policemen : Burhan Wani

Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani has released a video in which he has said the policemen have been supporting India and militants have no option but to attack them.
In the over six-minute video, which features Burhan and is being circulated through social networking sites, he says that militants have no plan to attack the annual Amarnath yatra.
“In our last video, we had warned them (police) and asked them to stay away from anti-militancy operations, but they didn’t give any heed. We are forced to attack the men in uniform and from now onwards we will not warn them as they are supporting India,” Burhan says in the video message.
Burhan has become the poster boy of militancy and has been spearheading the social media campaign of the young militants.
The militant commander also asked people to stay away from the Army and the police as they may carry random attacks on security forces. The Hizb militant also asked the youth who wanted to join the group to get all the details of the police officers from their areas.
“But those policemen who don’t want to get killed should not harass youth, don’t be part of nakas and stay in the camps,” he says in the video message.
Burhan said militants had no plan and would never attack the Amarnath pilgrims “They are pilgrims and we will never attack them as they come here to perform religious activities,” he said, referring to the statement of top BSF officer in Srinagar recently.
Director General of the Border Security Force (BSF) KK Sharma had recently said there were intelligence inputs about the possibility of a militant attack on the Amarnath yatra.
However, Burhan, in the video message, said they would target the sainik colony and separate Pandit townships. “The Hindus (Kashmiri Pandits) are welcome to return to their homes. But we will target the sainik colony or separate colonies and not allow Israel pattern to be implemented here,” Burhan said.
The militant commander also said that one of his close aides, Tariq Pandit, was arrested by the Army. “His arrest will not affect us,” he said.
