RSS general secretary (‘sarkaryavah’) Dattatreya Hosabale, considered close to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is scheduled to visit Jammu on March 15. Dattatreya is the second in command in the RSS hierachy after ‘sarsanghchalak’ Mohan Bhagwat. Dattatreya is likely to stay in Jammu for three days. He is scheduled to preside over RSS meetings and deliberate over government formation in Jammu and Kashmir.
