Accordingly to IGP Traffic, in view of closing of Darbar Move offices at Srinagar on 30thand 31st October 2015, it has been decided to permit only down convoys from Srinagar to Jammu for two days viz October 31st and November 1st 2015 on NHW-IA. No up convoy from Jammu to Srinagar shall be permitted on the said dates under any circumstances.
