Losar, one of the biggest festivals in Ladakh, began in the Ladakh region today. The festival is celebrated to mark the New Year and the festivities continue for three to 15 days in different parts of the region. 47 HIV positive cases in Leh dist

In all, 47 people were diagnosed with HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) at the Integrated Counselling and Testing Centre, SNM Hospital, in Leh district. Of them, 27 patients are locals.
