Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has questioned the “secrecy” surrounding the meeting between Peoples Democratic Party president Mehbooba Mufti and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president Amit Shah over government formation in the state. “Why the secrecy this time around?
