Panun Kashmir asks Centre to initiate talks with Pandits

Expressing concern over the plight of displaced Hindus, Panun Kashmir has urged the Central government to initiate a structured dialogue process with Pandits to resolve their long-pending issues. Speaking during a meeting of workers, Panun Kashmir president Ashwani Chrungoo said Pandits had an inalienable right on the territory of Kashmir and their demand for homeland had multidimensional aspects. “The geo-political and human rights concerns of the victims of terrorism need to be addressed by the governments on priority.
