India neither ready to hold talks nor accepting mediation on Kashmir Issue: Shah Mehmood Qureshi

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Tuesday said that India is neither ready to hold talks bilaterally with Pakistan on Kashmir dispute nor does it accept third party mediation.
