Taking serious note of violation of blanket ban on imparting private tuitions by government teachers, Chief Education officer, Rajouri, C Altaf Hussain today raided some private institutions here and placed an erring official under suspension. Gulbatan Singh, a government middle school teacher at Kardinoo in the Baljaralan Education Zone, was found teaching students in SR College.
