The state government on Monday ordered the transfer of senior offices in the administration here. In an order issued by general administration department (GAD), the government transferred Farooq Ahmad Rather, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara, and posted him as Regional Transport Officer, Kashmir, relieving Shafqat Iqbal Joint Director Information of the additional charge.
