The Panun Kashmir (PK), a frontal organisation of displaced Kashmiri Pandits, today alleged that the Agenda of Alliance formulated by the BJP and PDP to form government in Jammu and Kashmir had become a tool of “political blackmail” to force a compromise on vital national issues.
