J&K minister for Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution (CAPD) and Tribal Affairs Chowdhary Zulfikar Ali and 39 other officers today surrendered their LPG subsidy here. Zulfikar along with 39 officers of CAPD surrendered the gas subsidy at a function organized by the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) to felicitate the consumers who had given up their gas subsidies, an official spokesman said.
