As many as 30,711 dog bite cases were reported in Srinagar during the past six years, reveals the official data. The data states that 30,711 dog bite cases were registered at an anti-rabies clinic at the SMHS hospital here from 2012-13 to up to 2017. The Power Development Department (PDD) is raising the tariff bills in the absence of a nod from State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) as it remains headless.
