Salman Khan‘s Race 3 is one of the most anticipated films of the year and while it is set to release this Eid (June 15), the team is still shooting for the movie. The makers were going to fly down to South Africa for the final schedule, but with a restriction on Salman flying out of the country after his conviction in the blackbuck poaching case, the makers decided to shift the last shoot to Leh, Ladakh. However, we can exclusively tell you that Salman Khan will also shoot for Race 3 in Srinagar (Kashmir) for at least two to three days. This means that Salman will return to Kashmir after three years! The actor had last shot in J&K for Bajrangi Bhaijaan. He was supposed to shoot for Tubelight there too, but with the widespread violence in the state during 2016, the makers had decided to shift the location.
However, Salman Khan will be back in Kashmir for Race 3, as a source revealed to us exclusively, “Salman will fly out next week to Kashmir. He, Jacqueline and the team will shoot for Race 3 for two – three days in Srinagar. They will shoot for a couple of scenes and a few portions of the Allah Duhai Hai song, before going to Leh, Ladakh. They continue shooting for the song in Leh, before finally wrapping up the film. Salman Khan’s tryst with Kashmir is long standing and the makers are sure that the beauty of the film will be enhanced by shooting in Srinagar and Leh.”
