In a second incident of its kind, a passenger vehicle went up in flames in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday. Reports said that unidentified persons torched the Scorpio vehicle, bearing registration number JK05 1031 near Delina area of the district. The vehicle, according to reports, was parked on a road when it was torched. A scorpio vehicle went up in flames in Sadrabal area of Srinagar earlier today.
