‘Prohibitive’ fares hamper fruit export from Kashmir

The apple growers/suppliers in Kashmir are presently a worried lot. Reason, the exorbitant transportation cost amid ongoing unrest in Kashmir is proving prohibitive for sending fruit to outside markets.
