In a major step towards setting up of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Jammu, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed today in presence of Deputy Chief Minister Nirmal Singh. The MoU was signed by Secretary, Higher Education Department, Hemant Kumar Sharma and Director, IIT-Delhi, Prof V Ramgopal Rao.
