Jammu and Kashmir government today said it has decided to set up the proposed All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) at Awantipora in Pulwama district of South Kashmir. Minister for Health and Medical Education Chaudhary Lal Singh said the location has been decided and the project needs a final go ahead from the Union ministry.
