State Government has yet to restore the BSNL broadband internet service which was snapped on August 13, effectively cutting Kashmir off from the world. This was the only service left untouched in the so far 38 days of the unrest. Sources in BSNL say they have not received orders to resume the service. “We got the order to shut it down.
