Defying a Hurriyat diktat for closure of schools in the valley as part of a five month long protest, the Delhi Public School management here on Thursday announced the re-opening of school from Saturday. The Valley also witnessed the end of board exams despite militant threats of disruption. All schools, colleges and educational institutions in Kashmir, including universities, have been shut since July 9 following the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani in an encounter.
