Dushyant Sharma, Superintendent of Police (SP), Traffic (Rural) Jammu, has told presidents and members of transport unions to avoid speeding and overloading in public transport vehicles or else stern action would be taken against them. He added that mostly public transport vehicles used shrill horns and also violated route permits which was a violation of the Motor Vehicles Act and warranted a deterrent action.
