Minister for Public Works, Naeem Akhtar today said that 65% of physical work on the prestigious Jehangir Chowk–Barzulla Expressway corridor has been completed, with rest of the project expected to be completed by the end of this year. Srinagar city, which is faced with traffic congestion, is set to get a smart and intelligent traffic lighting system which will help in smooth vehicular movement on its busiest streets and junctions.
