A non local labourer was shot dead at Nowpora in the Pulwama district of south Kashmir. An official told that on Monday afternoon unidentified militants fired upon a labourer from Uttar Pradesh in the Nowpora area of Pulwama district in south Kashmir, who was rushed to the hospital.
