‘India stalling dialogue with Pakistan to avoid negotiations on Kashmir’

Pakistan Prime Minister’s Adviser on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz on Wednesday claimed that India is deliberately stalling dialogue process with its neighbouring country in order to avoid negotiations on issues like Kashmir.
