With 16 more deaths in the past 24 hours, the Covid toll of J&K has reached 222. All deaths were reported from Kashmir Valley. As per official bulletin issued on Thursday evening, 490 new positive cases — 62 from the Jammu division and 428 from the Kashmir division — were reported today thus taking the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 12,156.
