Jammu and Kashmir Police suspended two officials on Friday, while the Station House Officer (SHO) Gandhi Nagar was attached to DPL following the mysterious death of an individual in custody in Jammu district. J&K has witnessed a significant rise in the economic offence cases in 2022 as compared to previous years, the data of the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) has suggested.
