Work on stalled city projects to be resumed in winter

As the developmental activities in Srinagar have come to a standstill due to ongoing unrest, the state government on Wednesday said work on all stalled projects will be undertaken during winter to compensate lost time. Union Defence Ministry has disclosed that there are security restrictions on construction activities around 149 defence establishments/installations in Jammu and Kashmir, official documents in possession of Kashmir Post reveal.
