The upper reaches of the Valley including the famous ski resort of Gulmarg experienced fresh snowfall on Tuesday while plains including Srinagar were lashed by rains. A weather department official said ski resort of Gulmarg in north Kashmir, Shopian in south Kashmir and upper reaches of Banihal, Jawahar Tunnel, Ramban and Patnitop areas experienced fresh snowfall today.
