After the sighting of four suspects at the Industrial Growth Centre (IGC), Phase I in Samba, by some locals, security agencies sounded a high alert here today. According to information, dhaba owner Kuldeep Raj informed the police that he had spotted a group of four masked persons wearing black clothes and carrying backpacks around5 am.
