Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Baseer Ahmad Khan Thursday informed that all schools and colleges in Valley have been closed due to bad weather till Monday.
Divisional Commissioner told Kashmir Post due to incessant rains all colleges and schools in Valley including Machil and Tangdhar would remain closed till Monday.
