4 Lakh suggestions from Srinagarities for Smart City Project

Residents of the summer capital have submitted more than four lakh suggestions to the administration in a bid to help the city win a spot in the Centre’s Smart City project. Kashmir continued to witness dry weather and sub-zero night temperature even as there was some respite in the cold wave conditions in Ladakh region where the mercury went up by several degrees. The night temperature in Leh increased by four and a half degrees from the previous night’s -11.5° C to settle at a low of -7°C.
