Minor clash breaks out in old city area

Protests and minor clash erupted in Srinagar’s old city today. Sources said that a group of youth staged a protest march after Friday’s congregational prayers at Nowhatta. A group of youth also raised pro-militant posters. Though there was no clash in Nowhatta area, a minor skirmish erupted in neighbouring Saraf Kadal as youth pelted stones on security forces.
