India trying to change demography of J&K: Aasiya Andrabi

Chairperson of Dukhtaran-e-Millat, Aasiya Andrabi, has said that the fresh plans of extremist Hindu organization, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) to set up a separate colony for retired Indian troops and their families in Kashmir is part of dangerous games India is playing in Jammu and Kashmir to change the demographic composition of the territory.

India trying to change demography of J&K - Aasiya AndrabiAasiya Andrabi in a statement while reacting over the creation of proposed colony for retired Indian soldiers cautioned that any such move would see a tough resistance from the Kashmiri people who would never allow Hindutva forces to succeed in their nefarious designs. “India knows this for sure that it has to shun the arrogance and allow a plebiscite in Jammu and Kashmir sooner or later and this too is a known fact that once the plebiscite is done India has to leave. This is the reason that New Delhi is trying hard to change the demography of Jammu and Kashmir in its favour,” she stated.

The DeM Chairperson said that since BJP had forged alliance with PDP in the territory, all the Hindutva forces had intensified their efforts including the plans of settling the refugees and army personnel in Kashmir. “Besides plans of changing demography of Jammu and Kashmir, the settling of army personnel could be with the intention of spreading RSS and VHP goons to carried out killing of innocent Kashmiri people,” she said and cautioned the puppet rulers against the approval of such moves.

Aasiya Andrabi asked the Hurriyet leadership to devise a comprehensive strategy to foil the ill designs of RSS-backed puppet regime of the occupied territory.
