No voter has turned up at the seventeen of the polling booth set up at different areas of this capital city. Not a single vote has been cast at the 17 polling booths, which includes five at Caset School Karannagar, two at government middle school Munawarabad, two at R&B office at Karanagar, six at Tiny Tots School at Fateh kadal and two at community Centre Fateh Kadal, officials told Kashmir Reader.
