The Jammu and Kashmir Economic Reconstruction Agency (JKERA) today handed over two rehabilitation complexes — namely Rambagh and Jehangir Chowk rehabilitation complexes — constructed by it with a cost of Rs 100 crore to the Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC).
