Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti will be heading key departments in Jammu and Kashmir, including Home, Planning and Tourism.
On Monday, after being sworn-in as the first woman Chief Minister of J&K, Mehbooba assigned portfolios to 16 ministers in her cabinet. Six ministers of state were also assigned the charges.
The departments under Mehbooba include Home, Tourism, Planning, General Administration, Information, Hospitality and Protocol, Civil Aviation, Horticulture, Ladakh Affairs, and Tribal Affairs.
Earlier during the day, Mehbooba withdrew charge of the Tribal Affairs Department from ChoudharyZulfikar Ali.
The Mehbooba-led cabinet was administered oath of office and secrecy by Governor NN Vohra in Jammu on Monday.
A day after being allocated Tribal Affairs portfolio, ChowdharyZulfikar Ali was on Monday stripped of it by Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti who kept the ministry with herself.
Ali, a PDP leader, had been given Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution (CAPD) as also Tribal Affairs yesterday.
However, the charge of Tribal Affairs was withdrawn from him today. The Chief Minister kept it under her ambit.
