Students clashes rocks Sopore, Magam, Langate, Dooru

Students of Government Degree College Magam Thursday clashed with forces in Magam area of Budgam.Local sources told Kashmir Post that forces resorted to heavy tear smoke shelling to disperse the protesting students.
Reportedly, forces have also lobbed tear gas shells inside the premises of the college. Kashmir is in grip of student protest after forces entered the college premises of GDC Pulwama on April 15 in which 60 students were injured. Since April 15, more than 120 students have been injured across Kashmir in various forces action.

Students of Government Higher Secondary School Langata area of district Kupwara Thursday morning staged protests against the arrest of students by forces. Local sources told Kashmir Post that students took to streets to protest against arrest of students by forces.
Police resorted to heavy tear smoke shelling and pepper gas to disperse the protesting students. Massive clashes were going on in the area when this report was filed. Kashmir is in grip of student protest after forces entered the college premises of GDC Pulwama on April 15 in which 60 students were injured.

Students of Higher Secondary School Dooru Thursday staged demonstrations against thrashing of some students by the army in the area. Local sources told Kashmir Post that army men thrashed some of the students after after stones were hurled on the army vehicles.
Massive clashes between students and forces ensued in the area following which shopkeepers downed their shutters.
