The Winter Sports Club, Shakar Chiktan, got the better of Friends Pashkum by seven goals in the summit clash to clinch the 10th CEC Ice Hockey Cup held in Kargil today. The skipper of the winning team, Shabir Shah, was adjudged the ‘man of the match’ for his outstanding performance and awarded a cash prize of Rs 50,000.
