Beginning today, J&K Civil Secretariat to operate from Jammu for winter season Beginning Monday, the Civil Secretariat of Jammu and Kashmir will operate from Jammu for the entire winter season. The Administrative Secretaries and Heads of Departments have shifted to Jammu and will start operating from here.
