Valley Consumes more beef to defy HC ban

The Jammu and Kashmir High Court directive seeking implementation of a century-old law, banning slaughter of bovines in the state, has increased beef consumption in Kashmir. It has also increased chances of bovine slaughter in the region on Eid-ul-Zuha.
