A civilian, hailing from Udhampur district, was shot dead on Monday evening at Ashajipora area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag. Police in a tweet informed that a civilian identified as Deepu from Udhampur, working at a private circus mela at Amusement Park near Janglaat Mandi in Anantnag, was fired upon by the militants.
