The Shia community today protested against the killing of innocent people in Nigeria allegedly by the Nigerian army and massacres by the ISIS in Syria. Under the banner of Anjuman-e-Imamia, Jammu and All Ladakh Muslim Association (ALMS), the protesters alleged that world was totally silent on the atrocities against Shias. Protesters alleged that thousands of innocent people had been killed in Nigeria, Syria and Pakistan in the recent years, but western powers had adopted a discriminatory policy towards fighting terrorism.
