Srinagar recorded the coldest night of the season as the mercury dipped at most places in the Valley on Thursday. A weather department official said Srinagar recorded a minimum of minus 3.7 degrees Celsius, down by over a degree from previous night’s minus 2.6 degrees Celsius.
