Calling for strong synergy between military and civil administration, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon on Monday said all the developmental projects should be completed on priority. “All the developmental projects pertaining to the Kashmir region should be completed within the stipulated time.
