Jammu, Aug 28: Jammu and Kashmir BJP president Ravinder Raina on Wednesday was forced to cut short his speech by angry workers seeking explanation over denial of ticket to party leader Rohit Dubey from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi seat in Reasi district.
