The nightmares for the commuters travelling on the Srinagar-Jammu highway continue as the authorities failed to make the highway functional for smooth movement of vehicles. On Monday, only the Kashmir-bound trucks carrying essential commodities were allowed to continue their journey to Srinagar, as authorities allowed restricted traffic movement on the Jammu-Srinagar highway, officials said.
